PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and processed before shipping. Custom and personalized orders may take additional time depending on design details and order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times within the United States are typically 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Charm Therapy is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues once the package has been shipped.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders may require extra processing time depending on the complexity of the design. If we need additional information about your custom order, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Charm Therapy is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Charm Therapy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery at charmtherapy23@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
